Shipping & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the secondhand nature and age of each product, imperfections are to be expected. Please review the photographs and condition notes in each product listing BEFORE making your purchase.

Shipping

Shipping is an additional fee that is based on the weight, size, and distance the package is traveling. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package has shipped.

 

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Some specialty and/or oversized items (for example furniture, mirrors, large artwork etc.) may require an additional handling surcharge. For items needing crating or special shipping arrangements in the US, we  will email you to coordinate this. If you would like a quote prior to purchasing your item please send an email first as all sales are final. 
 

Once your order has been handed off and scanned by the carrier, please note that Yellow Birch is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed. 

 

If you believe your parcel has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office. Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect a theft or misdelivery.
